Biography

Born in Barcelona, Carlos is founder and was its Executive Director and CEO for five years. Ballet de Barcelona for five years. A multidisciplinary artist, he has performed as a professional dancer in 35 countries, such as Japan, China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Colombia, United States, Italy, Switzerland, France, Netherlands or Germany, among many others.

Carlos is a dancer, actor, singer and aerial artist. He made his debut in musical theater in 2005 at the Gran Vía in Madrid, taking part in the musicals 'Mamma Mia'(Stage Entertainment) sharing the stage with Nina; 'Victor Victoria'(Stage Entertainment) with Paloma San Basilio and Paco Valladares; and in 'Quisiera ser' (Spectalia Producciones), the great success of the Dúo Dinámico, alternating roles with the artist Víctor Ullate. More recently, Renedo worked as a supporting actor in 'Adiós Arturo', by La Cubana; and as a dancer and alternate of Pugsley, brother of Wednesday Addams, in the musical 'The Addams Family'(Let's Go) touring Spain and theatrical season at the Teatre Coliseum in Barcelona.

During her 10 years of residence in New York, Renedo danced three seasons in productions at the Metropolitan Opera House, under the direction of Plácido Domingo and sharing the stage with artists such as Anna Netrebko. She also worked with numerous renowned contemporary and neoclassical dance companies, with directors and choreographers such as Andrea Miller (Gallim Dance), Benoit Swan-Pouffer (Cedar Lake) or Aszure Barton (Aszure Barton & Artists), performing on stages such as the renowned Jacobs Pillow Festival, the New York City Center or the Kennedy Center. He also performed in the acclaimed Off-Broadway show "Wearing Lorca's Bowtie" at 42nd Street, which earned him critical acclaim in The New York Times.

Carlos traveled internationally for 6 years touring as a 'ballerina' with Les Ballets Trockadero. Among many other jobs, it is worth mentioning his appearances on Disney Channel, as well as being a dancer for the singer Ne-Yo in Times Square, or for the Lacoste brand in Grand Central Station in New York. He has also worked in several events with Horror Box in the Spanish Village in Barcelona, and in his scream park Horrorland (Spain).
