Open auditions!
The Professional Trainee Program at Ballet de Barcelona is a hybrid program that combines real professional experience with individual guidance. A fast-paced, intensive program unique in the entire country, it emphasizes stage experience along with technical training classes. Designed to help trainees acclimate to the professional environment.
The 10-month Professional Trainee Program consists of 25 to 30 hours of dance per week.
Learning to make the transition to the professional environment can be challenging for dancers. In this professional program there is exposure to the structure and pace of running a professional company and, as a result, personal self-sufficiency is developed. Its mission is to provide a structured, disciplined, safe and inclusive environment for dancers to truly reach their full potential.
