Biography
Born in Italy, Chiara began studying dance in her hometown, Rome, at the age of 6 at the National Academy of Dance. After several years she joined the Rome Opera. At 18, Mazzola moved to Milan where she graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Ballet.
During those years Chiara participated in several shows, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Sleeping Beauty, where she played the role of Candid Fairy.
Chiara also attended several summer programs and competitions where she won scholarships to the Hamburg Ballet, the English National Ballet, the Prague Conservatory and the Teatro San Carlo in Naples.
She joined Ballet de Barcelona as an Apprentice in September 2022.

Your proudest moment as an artist.
"When I won a competition where I was given several scholarships to the Hamburg Ballet, the English National Ballet and the Prague Conservatory. At that moment, for the first time, I realized that my dream was coming true and that, with the necessary commitment, I would have made it happen!"
Define a perfect day.
"It's not hard... to wake up in the morning and think that even today I'm lucky. I'll have a chance to dance, continue my classes and get better - that's it!"
If you weren't a dancer, you'd be...
"I probably would have been an archaeologist of the classical world. I love Greek and Latin culture, it's my second passion!"
