Only positions in the Junior Ballet de Barcelona, a tuition based educational program, are available.
Audition Process
Ballet de Barcelona is represented by GCDANCEVENTS, a professional casting agency for dancers.
All auditions and recruitment are managed exclusively through GCDANCEVENTS.
By working with GCDANCEVENTS, we are able to:

Prevent false hope or misleading narratives that can arise from informal or private auditions.
For this reason, we do not accept private auditions or company class participation except in special circumstances.
This guarantees that every dancer has equal access and opportunity when positions become available.
How Positions Are Filled
When contracted positions open within Ballet de Barcelona, they are filled through promotions within the company or through GCDANCEVENTS. Junior Ballet de Barcelona applications can be done by in person audition or video audition.
Professional Company Auditions

Conducted only at GCDANCEVENTS audition events worldwide.

Last three days, primarily focused on repertory sessions, allowing dancers to fully experience Ballet de Barcelona’s style and artistic vision.
