At Ballet de Barcelona, we are committed to an audition process that is transparent, fair, and respectful to dancers.

At this time, there are no available positions within Ballet de Barcelona or the Junior Ballet de Barcelona for the 2025/2026 season.

By working with GCDANCEVENTS, we are able to:

Eliminate unnecessary travel costs for dancers.
Ensure clear, professional communication throughout the audition process.
Prevent false hope or misleading narratives that can arise from informal or private auditions.

For this reason, we do not accept private auditions or company class participation.

This guarantees that every dancer has equal access and opportunity when positions become available.

When positions open within Ballet de Barcelona or the Junior Ballet de Barcelona, they are filled exclusively through GCDANCEVENTS.

Conducted only at GCDANCEVENTS audition events worldwide.
Last three days, primarily focused on repertory sessions, allowing dancers to fully experience Ballet de Barcelona’s style and artistic vision.
Structured to be comprehensive and professional, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation.

Filled through GCDANCEVENTS audition events and video submissions.
Designed for emerging artists seeking mentorship, stage experience, and a bridge to professional company work.
